Precision salt spray testing machine

Application: Simulate salt fog environment conditions to assess the corrosion and oxidation resistance of products or metal materials. It is an important test equipment for studying various environmental adaptability and reliability of machinery, defense industry, light industry electronics, instrumentation and other industries.

1. Characteristics of salt spray tester

1, continuous/indirect spray two kinds of spray. Programming automatic operation, write once, no need to be on duty.

3. Box material:

(1) The test box is welded with light gray PVC plate; the temperature resistance is 85℃ and the structure is firm.
(2) The test chamber cover is made of imported transparent acrylic impact resistant plate, and the inner and outer edges are thickened to prevent distortion due to long time high temperature.
(3) Hidden integrated reagent barrel, easy to clean, easy to operate.
(4) The pressure air barrel adopts SUS#304 stainless steel high pressure and high temperature resistant reagent, and the heating, humidification and insulation effect are better.
(V) The test sample holder adopts plane graduation type, 15 and 30 can be adjusted arbitrarily, the fog is uniform on all sides, the fog is completely consistent, the test results are accurate, and the number of test samples is large.

IV. Technical basis:

Set according to JIS, ASTM, CNS and GB standard parameters.
(i) Saline spray test: NSS
Test chamber: 35℃ 1℃, pressure air drum: 47℃ 1℃.
(II) Corrosion resistance test: CASS

Test chamber: 50℃ 1℃, pressure air drum: 63℃ 1℃.

 

V. Air supply system:

Air pressure 1Kg/Cm2 divided into two stages of adjustment, a rough adjustment of 2 Kg/Cm2, the use of imported air filter, with drainage function; two precision adjustment to 1Kg/Cm2, pressure gauge display precision and accuracy.

 

6. Spray method:

(1) The Bernoute principle absorbs salt water and then atomizes it. The degree of atomization is uniform, and there is no phenomenon of blocking crystallization, which can ensure continuous operation of the test.
(2) The nozzle is made of tempered glass, and the spray amount and spray angle can be adjusted.
(3) Spray volume 1~2ml/h adjustable (ml/80 cm2/h standard requires testing for 16 hours to find the average value), measuring cylinder adopts embedded installation, beautiful appearance, convenient observation, reduce instrument installation space.

(d) Programmable spray with adjustable duration of 1S-9999H (including continuous spray and intermittent spray).

 

VII. Heating system:

Steam direct heating mode, fast heating speed, reduce standby time; when reaching the specified temperature, automatic switching constant temperature state, accurate temperature control, low power consumption; pure titanium heating tube, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, long service life.

 

VIII. Control system:

(1) Touch key setting and LCD control operation interface are all on the same machine board, humanized vertical operation; all monitoring data are clear at a glance.
(2) Siemens PLC, 32-bit automotive ultra-high processor, stable performance and reliability.
(3) The timing mode can be quickly converted to facilitate observation of the test time, can be adjusted to 0.1S~ 99999H (H, M, S adjustable), and has a power failure memory function.

(4) Designed according to the international salt spray test operation requirements, the automatic mode and manual mode can be arbitrarily selected. In the automatic mode, the machine operating temperature does not meet the test requirements, and the machine will not automatically work (except for human factors); greatly improving the accuracy of the test. nbsp;
